Returns Policy Due to the custom, made-to-order, or project-specific nature of many of our fabrication services, parts, and products, returns are limited and accepted only at MinFab’s sole discretion. Returns may be subject to restocking fees, inspection, or other conditions. We strongly recommend verifying all dimensions, specifications, and compatibility against your requirements before ordering or proceeding.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item/service, contact us promptly (ideally within 7 days of receipt/delivery) with order details for evaluation and return instructions. Approved returns will be processed accordingly, with refunds or credits issued after inspection and receipt of returned items.

For non-defective items or returns outside any initial period, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and reason. Acceptance of such returns is at MinFab’s discretion and may incur restocking fees or other charges.

Refund processing timelines vary depending on the nature of the return, inspection, and banking processes but typically occur within 4–6 weeks of us receiving the returned item(s).

Shipping MinFab can arrange shipping to virtually any location, depending on the project, product, or service. Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are provided based on item availability, location, and selected methods at the time of quoting or ordering.

All items and services are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if any ordered items are unavailable or if delays are anticipated. Full refunds or appropriate adjustments will be offered promptly in cases of unreasonable delays or stock issues.
